Funny. I especially liked Raja and his objective view on white people culture. It reminded me a bit of Kyle XY first (and the best) season where Kyle was trying to understand how human society works and at the same time unintentionally exposing how utterly illogical our society rules are.

After first season I like it less than the U.S. version, but I don't have many complaints. It was ok.
ETA: Second season was amazing! I was cheering for Sawaka&Daichi first (Japan, duh!), but when I got to know all the teams I switched my preferences to Adrian&Collin and Marc&Rovilson. I'm so glad A&C won, they earned it. M&R where the funniest team I've ever watched, their t-shirts were hilarious! ... Terri, omg! This Henry guy has some seriously fucked up life with her, gosh... And also Sophie, omg that lady was such a bitch! I wanted to claw her eyes out, my gosh.
ETA2: Third season: very amusing, I loved it! I liked almost every team, and loved the tasks. Ugh, the stinky tofu challenge was awful *pukes*. I was so sad, when Mai and Oliver were eliminated...I almost lost heart for the show, I mean I loved that team! And Oliver was hot lol. Anyway, I know everybody hated Geoff, but I don't think he was behaving unreasonably. I mean, it's a race, right? I know I would be pissed of by him in a matter of minutes, but you can't really blame him for behaving that way. Also omg Fuzzy&A.D. in dresses! Priceless ROTFL! God, when I heard Sam&Vince gave up, I was like nooooooo!!!!! and then A.D.&Fuzzy gave up also and I started breathing again. Thank God Fuzzy was so lazy, ufff. I liked that team a lot, just not as much as Sam&Vince.

Exciting. I don't know how would I behave under such conditions but it's fun to watch other people struggle with time and their fears. This is the only type of reality shows I watch, since I don't have patience for Big Brother and the like.

Season 13 - like I said up there, boring pairs, boring tasks, no favorites here for me, but one episode made the whole season worth watching - 9th leg, where Andrew&Dan tried to perform a Russian marching route - omg it left me in tears. Tears from laughing of course, so hilarious!
Season 15 - omfg, I can't believe Zev&Justin lost Zev's freaking passport! What the fuck? To lose because of such mistake must be painful D:
Season 18 - so freakin' sad about the cowboys. They should have won this whole race. I love Z&J but the Cowboys seriously deserved it so much :/ damn. Also Kent&Vyxsin - WHAT THE FUCK is wrong with that guy. He is the most whiny motherfucker I've ever seen on TV. Get the fuck out of my eyes. Seriosuly I hate that dude, his behaviour toward his girlfriend is unexcusable and wow what a lazy fuck he is as well. Blargh!
Season 19 - I barely remember this season. I konw we cheared for the surfers and also for the tall black footbal guy team (though they made so many mistakes it was almost impossible to cheer for them). It's a shame surfers did not win, they deserved it.
Season 20 - Mark&Bopper were the only ones I liked in that season. Liked is an understatement, I loved them, so optimistic, so happy, they enjoyed every bit of the race, I love watching positive poeple like M&B. I hated those Border Patrol Agents, fuck them, what awful people they were! And I'm pretty much sure they were rascists and misoginists, even though they gave their 5,000$ to M&B. I couldn't get why the fuck everyone hated Rachel - I get it she was annoying and whiny but she never did anything to anyone (except maybe Brendon, I seriously felt sorry for that guy like all the time).

The show was very entertaining and no harm happened to the kids, so it's beyond me why was it criticized so much and eventually canceled. What the fuck? Kids are like that, a bit of rivalry won't fuck em up! Anyway I recently rewatched all the episodes and was seriously grossed out by the chewing gum challenge. Oh ewwwwwwww! Taylor, a pageants beauty queen was a spoiled brat, I wanted to smack her so times oh! Also Olivia what the fuck? I'm so glad she didn't get the gold star and Kennedy got it instead. Olivia was rude esp towards poor Anjay, cause she lost to him, and made such weird faces I wanted to kill her. Jared and Mike were awesome, their comments were hilarious. Zach, Michael, Blaine, and to some point Greg were the best workers and also fine people too. Sophia was really smart and I loved how adult she seemed. Alex and his one tooth was adorable <3, Nathan was a sweet guy. Divad was creepy with her gold star obsession. Laurel and her voice omg! Also DK what the fuck man? Little nazi fucker, seriously. That guy was harmless before he became one of the council leaders, but after he got some power in his hands, he started acting like he's 50 years old and has the right to say whatever he wants to anyone. I don't see the point in giving her so much air time :/ I don't understand what the fuck is so important about her that makes critics say "Jenny Schecter is The L Word, and the death of her is the death of the show". She's just a sad, sad girl, that doesn't deserve so much attention, at least before she'll make peace with herself, 'cause for now it's just painful and depressing to watch her whispering to herself, imagining crazy stuff, behaving irrationally and, and, ohmygod! she's one fucking crazy, attention seeking primadonna, that's all!! (mind that I'm in the middle of season 2 now - I still hope she'll get less annoying someday, but it's pretty much not possible, according to what I've read, trying to find when the fuck will she finally die)... And of course she just ~had to~ to be sexually assaulted as a child, my god, what a cliche...
The show would have been so much better without Jenny, since I basically like/love every other character(I also pretty much don't like Dana, not as much as Jenny though).

It started out so badly I was sure I was gonna dump it before 1st season ends. Nevertheless I gave it a chance and it turned out to be a good choice. Couple of last episodes were awesome and the cliffhanger at the end left me in an awe. It's almost painful to think I'll have to wait another 6 months or so to know what happens next.
Anyway since the episode 1 I came to love Eli, his character is witty, kind and funny (which kinda makes me hate Chloe, I wish they will write her off the show soon). The opposite thing happened with Rush. I hated that guy, seriously I hated him so much there were times I wanted to break my lcd to make his face go away. I still think he's a dick and I hope he gets what he deserves (oh my, how happy I was when he got dumped on that planet) though my hatred now goes mostly toward that chick from Lucian Alliance. That's a one fucked up person there, god!
I find it kinda weird that Rush annoyed/annoys me so much, I usually like evil characters (let's say Alistair from Supernatural) but this guy is so arrogant he makes me cringe every time he shows that part of his nature. I agree Robert Carlyle is an awesome actor, and without Rush's presence the show wouldn't be half as good as it is now, still I wish they made him a bit more bearable for me.
I also don't like Scott and Camile. The first one is not a soldier but an annoying, whiny bitch, and the second one is arguing all the time stealing precious air time they could use on some other things (for example some more planets to explore.
Anyhow I liked the episodes on planets the best and they should definitely go in this direction (not forgetting the Lucian Alliance and blue aliens story arc of course). I hated Earth episodes (same thing happened with Atlantis btw), especially the one where they went to a disco. WTF? I don't wanna watch that. It's boring, god damn it!
~I wonder what is it with SGU that it keeps me glued to screen (especially couple last episodes) even though I hate half of the cast and most of the episodes? It must be something special lol.

The show was very entertaining and no harm happened to the kids, so it's beyond me why was it criticized so much and eventually canceled. What the fuck? Kids are like that, a bit of rivalry won't fuck em up! Anyway I recently rewatched all the episodes and was seriously grossed out by the chewing gum challenge. Oh ewwwwwwww! Taylor, a pageants beauty queen was a spoiled brat, I wanted to smack her so times oh! Also Olivia what the fuck? I'm so glad she didn't get the gold star and Kennedy got it instead. Olivia was rude esp towards poor Anjay, cause she lost to him, and made such weird faces I wanted to kill her. Jared and Mike were awesome, their comments were hilarious. Zach, Michael, Blaine, and to some point Greg were the best workers and also fine people too. Sophia was really smart and I loved how adult she seemed. Alex and his one tooth was adorable <3, Nathan was a sweet guy. Divad was creepy with her gold star obsession. Laurel and her voice omg! Also DK what the fuck man? Little nazi fucker, seriously. That guy was harmless before he became one of the council leaders, but after he got some power in his hands, he started acting like he's 50 years old and has the right to say whatever he wants to anyone. My God, I hate Jenny so fucking much. So fucking much, ugh. She's gloomy, confused, egotistic... I wish she could just disappear from that show. I don't see the point in giving her so much air time :/ I don't understand what the fuck is so important about her that makes critics say "Jenny Schecter is The L Word, and the death of her is the death of the show". She's just a sad, sad girl, that doesn't deserve so much attention, at least before she'll make peace with herself, 'cause for now it's just painful and depressing to watch her whispering to herself, imagining crazy stuff, behaving irrationally and, and, ohmygod! she's one fucking crazy, attention seeking primadonna, that's all!! (mind that I'm in the middle of season 2 now - I still hope she'll get less annoying someday, but it's pretty much not possible, according to what I've read, trying to find when the fuck will she finally die)... And of course she just ~had to~ to be sexually assaulted as a child, my god, what a cliche...
The show would have been so much better without Jenny, since I basically like/love every other character(I also pretty much don't like Dana, not as much as Jenny though).

It started out so badly I was sure I was gonna dump it before 1st season ends. Nevertheless I gave it a chance and it turned out to be a good choice. Couple of last episodes were awesome and the cliffhanger at the end left me in an awe. It's almost painful to think I'll have to wait another 6 months or so to know what happens next.
Anyway since the episode 1 I came to love Eli, his character is witty, kind and funny (which kinda makes me hate Chloe, I wish they will write her off the show soon). The opposite thing happened with Rush. I hated that guy, seriously I hated him so much there were times I wanted to break my lcd to make his face go away. I still think he's a dick and I hope he gets what he deserves (oh my, how happy I was when he got dumped on that planet) though my hatred now goes mostly toward that chick from Lucian Alliance. That's a one fucked up person there, god!
I find it kinda weird that Rush annoyed/annoys me so much, I usually like evil characters (let's say Alistair from Supernatural) but this guy is so arrogant he makes me cringe every time he shows that part of his nature. I agree Robert Carlyle is an awesome actor, and without Rush's presence the show wouldn't be half as good as it is now, still I wish they made him a bit more bearable for me.
I also don't like Scott and Camile. The first one is not a soldier but an annoying, whiny bitch, and the second one is arguing all the time stealing precious air time they could use on some other things (for example some more planets to explore.
Anyhow I liked the episodes on planets the best and they should definitely go in this direction (not forgetting the Lucian Alliance and blue aliens story arc of course). I hated Earth episodes (same thing happened with Atlantis btw), especially the one where they went to a disco. WTF? I don't wanna watch that. It's boring, god damn it!
~I wonder what is it with SGU that it keeps me glued to screen (especially couple last episodes) even though I hate half of the cast and most of the episodes? It must be something special lol.
