1. The key to success in anything is to minimize stress. Stress always equals failure.
2. Do what you want, not what you're told to do. You make the rules.
3. Remember that most of what you say is bullshit.
4. Laugh (at everything).
5. Whatever is in your head, get it out. Express it, or it just stays there.
6. Remember that the people around you are people, not robots (they have feelings). On that note, a service industry worker is still human, treat them as such.
7. Tolerance is is one of the most important things. Even if you disagree with someone, even if ti turns your stomach, the person's belief in something (unless it's against pure fact) is still valid (it's only if it contradicts fact, not possible correlations form fact).
8. Pain hurts, don't cause it to anyone if you can avoid it (physical, emotional, or any other kind).
9. Think things through. Think about the consequences of your actions, and how they effect you and other people.
10. Again, respect people. Hell, respect life.
11. How other people see you is not measured by how much you own but by your actions.
12. Think.
13. Good music is not to be found on the radio, but in local scenes, where the musicians still have passion.
14. Wear a coat when it's cold.
