Progress: On April 13th benched 60lbs (pathetic)
On May 15th benching 125lbs (still weak, but at least there is progress)

Cardio has become easier and my breathing is a lot better. Very positive overall

My goal still remains to bench 225lbs by July! 100lbs to go!!!!
