You can lose the weight....you just need to start to learn to like salads and vegetables more and limit the fried or greasy foods (pizza) each week, so at one point you're not eating it at all. How often do you see me eat fried food? I ate something fried today, but it's seriously the first time in probably like 5 or 6 months, if not longer, that I have. And when you work out try to add more cardio instead of all the weight stuff. If you make it your goal to run a mile one week, and then a mile and a quarter the next week, or something like that, you'll make a noticable difference. I started out hating running and could barely run a mile. Now I do at least 2 every other day like it's nothing. Just need some motivation. I also like getting up early everyday (like 9) and going to the gym then. Once you get the routine and the motivation you'll be golden. One more thing, don't set your goals too high. It's easy to say, oh I'm going to lose 20--but that's a lot. Try for 5 pounds at a time. Once you reach those little goals, ( ... )

yeah i know what i have to do, i just dont do it when i'm here cause i'm busy

i always lose weight in the summer.. and now that i'll be commitment-free for a few months, i'll be good to go.
