Spike reclined back in his red pleather chair that whined with every move and sighed, staring at where he had Valentine handcuffed to a slab of concrete next to the telly. Kidnapping was not all it was cracked up to be. Mostly because this git wouldn't stop blabbering like an idiot.

Spike was waiting outside his crypt, one hand in the pocket of his jacket and the other flipping the lid of his lighter opened and closed. A cigarette dangled from his lips, but he wasn't really concentrated on it. He was waiting.
