Working on a paper again. Except this time it's my gigantic 20+ paper. Just needs revising... but I'm afraid it's going to take more effort than I thought. When my professor reviewed my paper she made A LOT of comments. *sigh* So many questions, so little time.
Anyways, since I my brain is willing to work on my paper, I though I would list some more camera gear and accessories that I want. This listing is basically for me as I always forget what kind of equipment I want.
Rosco gels and Velcro - When I get my
SB-600 it won't come with colored filters like the more expensive SB-800. So I learned that many photographers use Rosco gels (normally for stage lighting). Since they usually come in 20" by 24" squares, I'm going to try and get a sample book from a Rosco dealer.
Omni-bounce - This will make lighting so less harsh...
New Bag - I have my Nikon bag but its just to heavy and cumbersome! I also bought I nice carrying case that fits my D50 + 1 lens. But when I head to Russia I am going to need a sturdy case that I can fit my D50, at least 2 lenses, and various other stuff. I don't want to have to carry around more than one bag. In Russia, you need to keep your bag in front of you at all times. I've heard stories of people's purses being slit open... so do not want my D50 to be stolen. Anyone (meaning Brett) has a good idea for what bag might work?
Infrared filter - Will probably buy a Hoya but not sure about the specifics.
Photoshop - Brett, you sure you can't find me a copy somewhere? If I'm every going to get serious about my photography, I need to get it.
Okay, I should try and work on my paper again.... ARGH! I just want finals to be over!
