I take my SUV into the dealer for oil changes and tire roatations because its free for me. They always measure my tires, and everytime I ask them about the tires, they always tell me I have tread left. My original tires are going on 82K miles, and they told me I'll need new ones here pretty soon, and that I should start shopping around. Love my Toyota dealer!
JC Auto Specialty for one. I think Tirerack has the list of their approved installers, and each one will show what they charge to install. It would have ended up being slightly less that Discount Tire would have charged me, had anyone actually had my preferred tires in stock when I needed them.
