It's Really Hard...
When you're just an underling/worker bee/peon and you feel like you could do a better job than the person who's "in charge" of you...It's really hard for me to bite my tongue and not voice my opinion (aka overstep my boundaries) about things too...This is coming from one of the least competitive or conceited people you will ever meet.
Unless it's conceited to say that I'm not conceited? Sigh.
