I just slept 12 hours. Holy shit, seems like I haven't done that since college. I probably have, in my lazier days. Is this sick, stress, not so much exercise lately, or a combination of all three? Either way, I feel fabulous this early-morning. Lou Bega is just making it even sweeter. How can anybody hear "Ice Cream" and manage to keep their hips from swinging? I don't think it's possible.
I'm feeling better about dropping the class. I thought mom would harangue me for wasting money or whatever, but she said if I was losing my sanity over a class, it was better to drop the class than lose each and every single one of my marbles. That's not a direct quote, but I rarely remember the specifics of what people say. My brain's editor is more amusing, anyway.
So, on the plate for this morning: try to move the table so I can do my bellydancing video, wiggle my hips for a while, make the first three or four elements needed for Kitipe Invites, maybe see if I can call up that cheap, good-looking host. I forgot its name. Oh, research the ones
zigamorph just mentioned, then make up my mind and secure my host tomorrow. Taxes later in the day. Meet with the owner of Gallery Insane at 11am, try to find very gentle and tactful ways to tell him that his current site sucks a lot, and if he wants it to not suck he has to pretty much turn it completely over to us, the Gallery Insane Web Committee. I think I can convince him, but it's the "do so tactfully" part that I always have trouble with. Anyone have some extra tact I can buy?
Tomorrow, stuff for
beetiger, more messing with web hosts and Kitipe Invites, and more modeling for the nephew project. Well, I call it modeling, but since it's 2D, it might be better to just say "character-making". So far, I've made a cardboard bunny. Just the bunny is 20MB! It's so weird, after working with Flash for so long. Luckily, I can work in half or quarter resolution. I hope it won't be too slow. I want this to be PRETTY. If I didn't care how it'd look on large TVs, I would just do it in Flash.
Time to dance.
