I want to scream. The big wigs as my job have decided instead of emergency leave early days, we will be deducted one of our ten allowed absent days per year... If we have to leave work more than an hour before our scheduled shift end.. ie: if my shift ends at 8, but something family related requires me to leave at 6:45, I get one sick day deducted... before this lovely change we would be required to work at least over half of our shift, allotting us te ability to leave roughly 3 -4 hours early in case of illness or emergency.. Lovely.
I hate this job more every day.
I'm still waiting to find out if I got approved for the education funding so I can go back to college in the fall... Especially since I got accepted 2 months ago.. And I still haven't heard back. when I applied for the funding the day I found out I was accepted into the Event Management program :(
Bleh. I'm having a pity party day for sure.
