Procrastination
So, I believe Mark Twain said it best : " Why put off until tomorrow when you can put off until the day after tomorrow'....
During today's trash day, I thought back to about 2 and a half years ago, when I stated I was going to clean out the back room and tidyoop the 2nd bedroom so that it might actually be used as a guest bedroom sometime or whatever.
It still looks like crap! and the majority of the stuff is still there!!! I could go back and look probably at early 2005 and see the same crap done.
However, I did throw some random stuff out in the trash night tonight... I just have to keep it in my conscious thoughts and keep doing it one day at a time...
For example, the music dept remembered that we had about 8 zuccini breads donated to us... which we never did anything about... And 1 day at a time, Berg would throw one out... Last friday, the last had been discarded. So, this has to be a big time project.... With small baby steps... Or else it wont get done like always....
Anyways- life is good- Heroes definitely got interesting in the last 2-3 minutes.... WHoo hoooo!
Okay, I'm going to try to wind down... I took a great nap this afternoon, but it's not making me tired now....
Oh well!!!
