Went to the gym again yesterday evening. It was much more crowded than the time I went on Saturday. I was holding myself back a bit trying to keep myself in the target heartrate range, but the "lifestyle counselor" said that my heartrate will come down as my fitness level increases, so I'm not going to worry about it next time.
