Well jack is settling in nicely you'll all be pleased to hear. Likes to hop himself in and out through the window to get down into the garden below which involves a short teetering tip toe alone a metal tail round a corner and then a neat jump to a slanting wall. Jack caught his first mouse! I am so chuffed. I heard a scuffling in the hall and went out to have a look. The hall was dark and I thought it was just a leaf [as usual- very proud of his leaf capture skills is jack]. But no, it  was a little wriggly mouse.
