this weekend. stuff.
friday, i went with emily to best buy and borders. i bought they might be giants, 'severe tire damage.' i had it before my cds got stolen and i'm happy to have it again.
i got freaked out because thursday, emily and austin left, leaving me home alone. as they left, i turned off all the lights and went to bed. when austin got home at 130am, our lights were on. emily told me this at borders, so i decided to go home and check to make sure all of our stuff was still there.
it was.
i went to best place ever on my bike and bought a cd. gunmoll. its punk and is pretty good.
later, emily came over. she, austin, and i went on a good bike ride. we ended up at the best place ever. we sat with grant and adam and watched the tick. oh, man, i can't believe they cancelled that show. it was awesome.
saturday, at food not bombs, adam, dan, and i made peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. we gave away maybe eight, so we ate the rest.
afterwards, austin and i went on another awesome bike ride. in the middle of it, we stopped off at chat noir(sp?) and had a beer.
later in the evening, we went over to emily's and watched the professional. afterwards, they decided to go to matt johnson's place. wasn't very exciting for me.
sunday, mother's day. went to my mom's. she made me an awesome vegetarian pasta dish.
grocery shopping. we bought a lot of food. more snack food than we ever had before.
and that brings everyone up to speed on all that.
i ride my bike a lot. i try to ride every day. it rules!!
everyone should go support the best place ever. theyre worried that they will have to close because they are losing too much money. if youre going to rent a movie, buy a cd, go to the best place ever first. des moines doesn't have many cool places because everyone in des moines is happy buying their shit off the internet, going to the mall, or going to the big movie rental places. people need to start supporting local business. especially a cool place like this owned by three of the coolest guys you will ever meet. so go there and support them or i will hunt you down and kill you and then skull fuck your corpse.
