When Apa and I arrived at SM Megamall yesterday for our Art App interview with her friend, I asked her if she knows Samurai restaurant. I told her they have the best Takoyaki in the country, as far as I know. I'm hoping to find the kiosk in Megamall simply because you can find anything in Megamall. We were in the supermarket by then when we heard the song from a European duo (I forgot their name). I've watched them on one episode of KAT-TUN's Dangerous Present Exchange and I immediately fell in love with their song. I really felt KAT-TUN's presence! Haha! Plus, we saw the Samurai stand and we end up having doubts whether to buy Takoyakis or not.
On our way home, we heard two women talking about the worst tasting Pares she had eaten. She asked her colleague about what were its ingredients. I looked at Apa and silently told her I know some of its "secrets". I know star anise was part of the recipe. I don't know the other ingredients. My mom and my brother love Pares but they don't know how to cook it. Anyway, the San Miguel ready-to-cook Patatim product tastes like Pares.
"Saging lang ang may puso!"
What a speech from a presidential candidate. Nikki and Apa won't stop commenting on how the remark sounded and meant.
"Iriguchi. Deguchi. Taguchi." sounds nicer. AHEHE. Screw the Voltes V/Daimos act. Just forget it happened.
