2 tbs peanut butter: 190 calories
green beans: 0 calories
3 tbs slivered almonds: 160 calories
2 bites cranberry sauce: 20 calories
total: 370 calories

liquids:
coffee: 0 calories
water: 70 oz 0 calories
tea with splenda: 0 calories

net: -130 calories

so far, so good! lets just hope i can keep this up through new years (excluding christmas day)
