More on the bookstore
Well, I called, and we have a soft appointment for me to meet her and look at the bookstore on Thursday afternoon (since of course Juan borrowed my car today, even though he KNEW this was important...)
She seems to have had a number of inquiries, but none local ... Yet.
I hope I can play this to my advantage. But, it also sounds like she NEEDS the money right now. She wants to sell the store, then have the time and money to put her house up on the market at her leisure, and move to VA.
I want to cry.
