For some reason, this whole "message me to add me as a friend" thing (right under my Friends-Only sign on my journal) ISN'T WORKING. People are adding me, but not messaging, so I have to work out how I know them (or IF I know them) before I add them... Any ideas, dear flist, on how I might change things for the better?

Well, I've done it. I'm a Paid Member now, but I only got a six-month account instead of a full year. I figure I'll have more money in August (plus, then I can remember the date better.
