Bollocks.

Not only has my evil plan to work from home failed thanks to me forgetting to note down the password for the cluster but I can't seem to login remotely, even via another machine on the same network.

Looks like I'll be catching the train tomorrow. :(

Um, the nice new PhD student at the office was suffering hay fever rather baddly today (another to add to the list of brand new suffers). She's already been through most of the usual anti-histamines with little effect, are there any more unusual ones she should look out for?

When I was a child I wanted to sit indoors at my computer all day and my parents would chide me for not getting outdoors enough.

Now I want to be outdoors all day and I bet my parents would chide me for not being inside at my computer enough.
