Quite simple really:

Stuff with brie and grapes. Roast as normal. Note that it may be wise to use white grapes as grape-stained chicken and uncooked chicken look awfully alike with red grapes.

Maybe I need to think of something other than oil to baste with, almonds didn't work, suggestions?
