Chapter 1
Jaejoong looked around the city which seemed so alien to him. He rarely stepped foot in Seoul although his sisters always asked him to follow them every time they went there. He just thought living in Seoul was not fitting to him or simply, he was not suited in a big city as that. He preferred to live in tranquility and quiet, very much like in his hometown.
But this time, just for the sake of his lover, whom he had lost contact for a year already, he went to this bustling city. He sighed as he checked his phone again. His boy friend still hadn’t replied to his text message.
Does Jung Jin still remember him?
Jaejoong shivered when that thought crossed his mind. He was in a relationship with Jung Jin since high school. Jung Jin was his senior. Being a popular guy in school, Jung Jin didn’t have any problem getting anyone to be his steady partner. It was such a surprise when this popular guy picked a shy and geeky Kim Jaejoong. But the surprise didn’t last long as they saw Jaejoong without his spectacles for once at the ball, which was held at the end of their high school year.
Jung Jin had always wanted to go to Seoul. It was his lifelong dream. So, Jung Jin finally left after they graduated from high school and promised Jaejoong to come back. He promised Jaejoong that he would always give him calls and send him messages. He would meet him every weekend. For the first 2 months, he did keep his words. But after that, he no longer did. He left Jaejoong hanging, waiting for him.
Perhaps he is busy with his assignments.
That was the reason Jaejoong always made to calm himself. He realized it was not easy to get into one of the prestigious universities in Seoul and when you already had gotten admission into one, you had to maintain your good grades. Jaejoong knew all that. So, he believed Jung Jin was trying his best until he didn’t have any time left for him to relax with Jaejoong.
Sighing again, Jaejoong decided to go to this bar, which was the place where his cousin, Kim Junsu, accidentally met his boy friend. He remembered Junsu’s face when he told him about his meeting with Jung Jin but when Jaejoong asked him, he refused to give his answer. Instead, he asked Jaejoong to meet Jung Jin by him self. He wondered what Junsu saw.
Unfortunately for Jaejoong, because of this, he made his father angry. His father loved him the most. Perhaps it was because he was the only son in the family. Indeed, to be truth, his father didn’t get mad when he told him he was not like a normal boy. He preferred guys over girls. His father accepted him the way he is.
He felt glad.
However, when he told his father his decision to go meet Jung Jin, the man became furious. He begged Jaejoong to reconsider but still it was in vain. He didn8 0t know what his sister had told his father but at last his father gave permission but under one condition.
A condition that Jaejoong hoped wouldn’t happen. Therefore, to avoid it from happening, he needed to meet Jung Jin i mmediately. He only had 2 months.
Determined, Jaejoong walked toward his destination and didn’t realize four pairs of eyes were watching him with smirks on their faces.

Junki smirked as he saw his best friend try to escape from their nagging best friend, Yoochun. “Yunho, I have one advice for you. Just does what he wants, for sure, he will shut his mouth up,” uttered Junki as he sipped down his drink.
“What?” Yunho widened his eyes in terror, “Follow what he told me to do? No way!” Yunho hastily pushed Yoochun’s hand s off of his arms before hurriedly heading to sit beside his best friend. “You don’t know what the heck he asks me to do!”
Junki raised his brows in question. Interesting. “What did he ask you to do?”
Yunho gulped down his drink before he opened his mouth to speak, “He asked me to get that Shim’s number.”
“Then?” Junki asked confusedly. What is the hard part in that request? He knew the guy whom they were talking about, Shim Changmin. That was the full name of the guy who caught Yoochun’s eyes. Changmin was a year younger than them, which meant he was their junior.
“Don’t you know?” Yunho asked again, waiting for confirmation first.
Junki shook his head, “What?”
“H-He is a bit mysterious, you know…” Yunho scratched his head embarrassedly, ignoring the look he got from his feminine looking best friend. “He rarely talks to the others, always with his books. So… I don’t think he would give me his numbers.”
“He will!” Yoochun cut the two best friends’ conversation. He squeezed his body in between Junki and Yunho before placing his arms on his best friends’ shoulders. “He is not that cold, you know. When you know him better, he’ll talk a lot. Aah… I still remember how sweetly he smiled at me when I dropped my books…” Yoochun started to recall that day, making both his friends distance themselves away from him as far as possible.
“Yah! Stop that act!” Yunho smacked Yoochun’s head hard, making the forehead of the latter hit the table, “So disgusting.” Yunho made a face and didn’t bother to chec k his best friend’s forehead.
“Jung Yunho! Stop hitting my head!” Yoochun made a pout before he moved toward Junki and with his puppy eyes, he placed his palms together, “Can you do it for me?”
“W-what?”
“You know… get Changmin’s number for me. I promise I’ll do anything you want if you manage to get them, well if you can’t then, you cannot instruct me to do anything. Will you Junki? Please!”
“Serves you right.” Yunho stuck out his tongue but later received a smack at the back of his head, “What the…” He stopped when seeing a deathly stare from Yoochun. “Fine! Suit it with yourself then.”
“Err…” Junki looked at Yunho before he turned back to Yoochun, “Alright, I’ll do it. But I can’t guarantee I will succeed.”
“You’re the greatest best friend ever!” Yoochun hugged Junki and before he managed to place a kiss on the latter’s cheek, Junki pushed at him with full force.
“Yah! Don’t do that to me!”
Yoochun just giggled before giving a quick hug to Junki, again. “Thank you so much!”
“Yeah right.” Junki rolled his eyes. “He is too much.” He whispered into Yunho’s ear as his eyes still lingered on his overly-hyper friend.
“I already told you.” Yunho gave a retort. “Oh my!” Yunho put his palm on his forehead, “I forgot!”
“What?”
Yunho grinned at Junki, “I promised Donghae to meet him at Seventh Heaven.”
“That’s all? You don’t need to act like it is the end of the world already.” Junki stood up from his seat, “Let’s go then. Yah Yoochun! Come on, we need to go to Seventh Heaven.” Junki yelled at Yoochun, who was engaged in a conversation with Heechul, the bartender and also a student at their high school.
“Wait for me!

“W-what do you want?” Jaejoong took a step backward against the wall. As he did that, all five guys took one step forward. Sweats were starting to form on his forehead. He didn’t expect this to happen to him, not when it was just almost 4 hours after he had reached Seoul.
“We’re not bad guys. You just seem lost so we want to help you.” The guy wearing a yellow t-shirt spoke. He touched Jaejoong’s cheek which Jaejoong hastily shoved his hand away.
“Don’t come near me!”
“Why?” The other guy asked, annoyed. He acted more daring as he trapped Jaejoong’s body between his body and the wall. He signaled his friends to hold Jaejoong’s hands and feet, “And I think you better be a good boy if you don’t want this to hurt.” He smirked.
“No! Let me go!” Jaejoong tried to struggle but it was so hard in his condition. He was afraid and he was trapped. When the man placed his tongue on his neck, Jaejoong shivered. He could feel someone’s hand on his thigh. “Please! Let me go!” Tears of fear started to fall on his frightened face.
“Ussh! Don’t cry. We don’t want you to cry…” The man whispered in Jaejoong’s ear and purposely licked the latter’s earlobe, “We want you to enjoy this moment like us.”
“No!” That was all that Jaejoong could do. He did n’t have any energy left to be able to escape. He just kept struggling but got slaps in return.
“I don’t think that is a good thing to do to a helpless person.” A voice reached Jaejoong’s ears and made him open both his eyes. He couldn’t see clearly the look of the guy except for his blue jacket. “So you better get off him.” Although the tone was calm, the guy said it firmly.
“And I also don’t think it is any of your business.” The guy, who held Jaejoong, turned his body, and indirectly freed Jaejoong from his grasp. Jaejoong fell with a thud on the ground.
“And what if I make it mine?” The guy replied with a smirk. He turned to his companions, “Do you think we should beat them up?”
The guy, who was wearing a white shirt, smiled sweetly. “I’m so tired with this fight. But… if you want, I can be the audience.”
“And you?”
The other shrugged his shoulders. “It’s up to you.”
He turned his eyes back to the five guys who were already standing side by sides, “You have two choices then, either you get your asses out of here or all of us will have our fun here. Which choice do you pick?” He tilted his head to the side slightly, showing a silver eagle necklace on his neck.
The guy, with a cap on his head, caught that necklace and gulped. He elbowed his friend on his right. He looked so worried in just20a matter of tw o seconds. “Isn’t he t-the leader of B-Black E-eagle?”
“WHAT?!” The other widened his eyes and looked back at the three guys in front of him.
“They have eagles’ necklaces.”
Indeed, it was so true. The three guys wore a necklace with an eagle attached to it but each in a different color. The guy who smiled wore a blue eagle necklace; the guy who looked as if he was so bored to stand there wore a green one, while the one in the middle wore a silver necklace. There was a rumor that the underground world was already in Black Eagle’s power. Not many people knew who they were. But the only thing which signified them was an eagle necklace.
“T-they do h-have it.”
“S-should we g-go?” The blue t-shirt guy asked the guy in the middle of the line.
Although he was the leader of his group, he also didn’t dare to create any mess with this dangerous underground group. They were nothing compared to them.
“Y-you better watch out!” He uttered before he and his gang walked quickly, passing the three guys who now gave them victory smiles.
“And you.” The one, who wore the silver eagle necklace, caught the wrist of the leader of the other group, “Don’t you ever come near him again nor the others. If I find you here once more, you’d be in hell, understood?”
Jaejoong watched with tired eyes. What is happening? He saw one of the three guys approached him as the others followed his track. The latter crouched down in front of him as he waved his hand in front of Jaejoong’s eyes.
“Are you okay?” He asked.
Jaejoong’s mouth became dry. He couldn’t find any words.
“He seems not.” The white shirt guy said as he watched Jaejoong cautiously, “I think they gave him drugs.”
“What? Those are dirty things!” The other whined, feeling unsatisfied. “You shouldn’t let them go just like that! Look what they have done to him.” A smack reached the taller one’s arm.
“Ouch! Don’t hit me!” He pouted. “What are we going to do to him?”
“Ask him where his house is.”
“Err… alright. Hey!” He slapped Jaejoong’s cheek a bit harder but not hard enough to make it bruised, “Can you tell us where your house is?”
But it was all in vain as Jaejoong closed both his eyes and let the darkness take him over.
