Can I fool myself into NOT making a resolution by calling it a "plan" instead?

YES?
Well, ok then! I PLAN to lose the rest of the needed weight this year. Should be ~25-30 lbs left to lose. If I hadn't put some back on in 2012, it wouldn't be as bad, but I did. What can I do? Whatever gave me that final push I needed in 2011...whatever that motivation was, i need it back now!

I'm still using MyFitnessPal, I'm gonna exercise as often as I can (every day isn't always possible) and I'm going to eat better like I did in 2011!
