Summary: Lawn bowling and loopdeloops and shennanigans.
It was a very pleasant day, and so Gai was enjoying it in one of his favorite ways - exercising in the park. He'd done a lap on his hands, and then on his feet, and then on his hands again, before a nice set of sit-ups, and now he was starting on the push-ups. Sure, he'd done similar things earlier, this morning, before his normal run with Fred and then a lesson with one of his students, but why not work out while his partner was at work and he had nothing else pressing to do?
So he "relaxed." As best he could.
