Summary: Sniper decided to hold a birthday party for Cloud and Krile which means... holding just a huge party in the park whether they like it or not. Fireworks, food and drink within!
In the Park, Sniper had pushed all the tables off to the side, all facing the clearing where fireworks were to be presented. There were large tarps scattered over the seating area in case of rain, and large plates of food were already being set up on the tables, though there was plenty room for more. There were streamers and balloons placed wherever they would fit, and upon the central table was a large cake labeled, Happy birthday, Cloud and Krile!.
To all who didn't know about this get-together through Krile or Cloud, never fear! Everyone is invited, as shown by Sniper's fliers hung up on the door of the bar, on the employment board and anywhere else he could find, advertising food, drink and a general good time.
