Summary: Lockon feels the need to fill Veda in on some stuff. Maybe some slight, totally unintentional, brain-breakage.
Lockon hadn't actually expected Veda to suggest his own place, but there had been a reason he had given him a choice. Somehow though, the closer he got to the temporary housing unit, the more logical it seemed. Veda certainly wouldn't be here for very long, and if he felt threatened for any reason it would be easy to relocate. But Lockon suspected he had a better idea of how this would go. Surely, he thought, he would be recognized and that would ease the tension enough to explain what he needed to about the sphere and possibly share some information about their world.
He grimmaced. It was so strange that this was the first time he had ever really met the purple-haired man, but through others dreams and stories, he was still expecting something in particular. No matter what, he knew he didn't like that he was here. Then again, he didn't like that anyone had to be here.
Finally he made it to the door and shook his head, putting on a smile proper enough for a greeting before knocking. Best to just take it as it comes.
