As far as he remembered this was his first hurricane. Yet a part of him seemed to know just how lethal these things could be. For a moment he wondered if Chivalry had already found a shelter. Well knowing him he probably did. Chief had to focus on his own safety now.

The faces of people, she didn't know anything about any of them. From what she could say, this wasn't even her own world. She was lost in her own loneliness as she ran across the streets. Even that hurricane wasn't that big of a problem for her now. Not that she had any place to stay anyway.

"What the-" he muttered, holding his hand to his face to make the view stop swaying as much. But now there was something else. Some impossible to explain urge to stop that person from going any further. Why? He shook his head and looked again. If he was going to do something he had better do it quickly.
Chief looked up at the clouds. It looked like the main even would start any minute now. Damn it all. There's no way he could leave a girl run into this storm even if she was someone he knew or not.
With that decision made, Chief started after the girl.
"Hey! Miss! You're going the wrong way! Wait a moment!!" Chief called out when he got closer.

The voice, it was too familiar, it was so painfully familiar that it hurt. She could remember this voice from her dream. Her whole body shivered suddenly. Then, the girl finally got the courage to turn around to face the owner of the voice.
Her eyes narrowed. No, she still couldn't remember this face. But she was sure that his voice was familiar. With desperate eyes, the girl looked at the man who was much taller than her.
"Who might you be?" she asked with a soft and weak voice, still standing where she was.

"I..." his voice was locked in his throat and he had to swallow once to get it clear again. Something inside......ached. He had no time for this though. He had to answer and then get this girl to safety. He wiped his tears with his hand quickly before he answered.
"I don't know my old name but for now I go by the name of Chief" The man introduced himself

"I am Crystal. It's a pleasure to meet you."
It felt stupid to introduce herself to that person. It was like meeting someone she had already known. When she was close enough to see the tears on the man's face, she suddenly stopped.
"Are you alright?" Worry was clearly evident in her voice.

Hearing his question, the girl blinked a few times. "Oh, no. I don't even know anyone here." she said, still smiling. Her hand was still on his cheek, staying there and not moving.

"Are you... are you living here?" she asked curiously, before they started walking again.

He blinked at the question as it brought him out of contemplation. Good they were walking again. This time in the right direction.
"If you mean if i lived in the area then yes I have been here for a short while. But I am a fairly new arrival to this place myself." Chief answered with a small smile as he held one arm behind the girl's back. Again something his body did on its own.

"I hope you know where we are going." she said with a small chuckle as they were walking. Her shoulder-length hair was waving madly because of the wind, making it hard to look in front of her harder. She wondered if he did have a home or a place to go but since he was new, there was no way for that, right?

"I do. There is an evacuation camp in the Wilderness level. Everyone headed to the elevator and that is where we are going as well. Though we may have to hurry a bit" Chief tossed a concerned gaze behind him out of the corner of his eye. Those clouds looked ready to let loose on the city soon.
Reply
"Oh well, I don't know anything about this place yet so, I hope I won't be a burden to you." she said. She was a bit embarrassed about her state and she just hoped that she didn't trouble him too much. She even wondered why he was dragging her along with him, without expecting anything from her. The even more strange thing was, her following him around.

Still all that was on his mind was to get himself and Crystal to the evacuation camp. For some reason he even felt he could force his way through. But the impulse was small and in the back of his head. But it WAS there.
Reply
It was same, being next to Chief. He was there to protect her, she could feel it. She didn't even feel the need to ask why. She didn't even need to think.
