Summary: Rain is born into Edensphere, and someone is here to greet him!
Iris hummed to herself as she straightened out the newborn kits on the table in the Hatchery, bundled up securely in a long coat and scarf against the icy weather outside. That storm had been going for days! A lot of people on the journals had been complaining about it... thinking it wasn't natural. But ice storms happened all the time in winter, didn't they? It was still winter, technically speaking. Not a good time for newborns to arrive into Edensphere, though.
She pulled up short as she walked past one cocoon--oh! It was moving! Oh no--there had been some very intimidating newborns lately. She'd heard about the sharkman and just... what if they were angry? Or someone with an uncontrollable power that destroyed the Hall by accident, and they needed to call the Guard? Or a child! But whoever it was... she dashed back and grabbed one of the newborn kits. This was her job, after all...
