Got it? Now rewrite the whole HP series and drop that Ron nonsense. Can't you see that this beautiful and sweet boy you created would appreciate that girl so much better? He obviously had a crush on her! (And if anyone tries to mention the interaction with Luna they will get a fish to the face. No Luna! Bad!)
I like Ron well enough, but come on. He's a jerkwad, Neville is a brave boy with a freaking heart of gold! I am very disappoint. Even more so that the fandom hardly believes in such a possible pairing.
They are more open to Sirius/Remus than Hermione/Neville! Gosh darn slash lovers *grumbles*
