I actually stumbled over that myself because of... I think a random fic link from ceruleancynic's tumblr? (I am kind of poking tentatively at Tumblr with long sticks and wondering how in seven hells it even works, since it seems to be the big center of Homestuck fandom.) But thanks for the link! I am quite certain that rec is the source of the sudden flood of actual Fandom Name people reading my fic.

(There is a reason I called the story of team OT3 "damaged goods," and it's not all because of Karkat, either. None of those three had anything remotely resembling an easy time during the revolution or the years immediately prior to the outbreak of open war. *pets them all*)

As soon as I figure out a way to explain Karkat's Traumatic Past (TM) without drowning the story in melodramatic angst (same goes for Dave's and Terezi's equally Dark Trauma, btw), I hope to get this installment actually written. Then perhaps onwards again to something during the chuunin exam mentioned in Narutostuck: The Spider and the Flies. *ponders options*
