Castiel tried not to look. Dean's shirt was clinging in all the wrong ways, now. It wasn't exactly that he was interested, except that maybe his body was having a few surprising and unwelcome physical reactions. That was Jimmy, not him. It wasn't the first time, where Dean was concerned, and it wasn't going to be the last, and it was terribly embarrassing. Castiel had come to the conclusion that it was just going to be something he'd have to deal with. An unavoidable complication that having a vessel brought on.
"Huh," Sam said, and then coughed a little, like he was trying not to snigger. Dean's face went alarmingly pink.
"This is -- awkward," Castiel said, to fill the awkward not-quite-silence, covering Sam's next ill-advised snort.
"Is there anything in the journal about. You know."
"If Dad had ever been turned into a girl, I think we'd have noticed," Sam said, with an almost admirable attempt at a straight face.
Dean moved sharply, looking as if he wanted to grab Sam. "Sam -- "
Castiel noted, helplessly, that Dean needed to wear some form of support while he was, well, suffering unfortunate gender complications. The -- the jiggling was, well. Distracting.
