Crash and burn.
Seriously, to have a harddrive crash on you is seriously fucked up. The problem is that I don't have much income at the moment and of course this happened just at the time that my money was all but spent and I had to wait 2 weeks for the next payment. I couldn't let on to my parents that I didn't have the money for the repairs so I had to pretend everything was okay until I was about a week away from the next payment of my social security money. These last two weeks I have discovered how seriously bad television has gotten. At least the stuff they let you watch for free. It's unbelievably mind numbing. Mostly consisting of fat or spoilt American teenaged girls who are too stupid to dance for the devil (as we say here). How is that entertaining to watch? Some brat on MTV who moans about the Porsche she got for her 16th being the wrong colour. OMG please let me strangle that....#$%& Alright * breathe * calm down *. Pffffff
Well, I have my lappie back so I can choose to watch what I like again. I've got all my software up and running again and the one good thing about a hard drive crashing is that it clears up your computer because I had so many programs installed that I didn't use anymore. That's all gone now. But still, tonight it acted up again. It suddenly shut down out of the blue. They also installed a new DVD writer and this thing is faulty it seems. I opened the drive thingy and now the computer works normally but I'll have to get this looked at tomorrow. Oh well.
Also I had hoped it would be a bit faster with a new drive but it seems it has gotten a bit slower. Very weird.
Well, I'll stop this rant here. Februari is a month I shall try to forget asap.
Anyway, I'm glad to be back.
