Orycon is one of the best Northwest conventions. They aren't as huge as Norwescon, their programming is full of interesting items, and it's in Portland so I get to go to Powell's Books.

Er-- I got nuthin'. I'm sitting out on panels this time to hang with Katie more and to help sit the Foolscap table (and the Tai-Pan table if they can use me).

I was a bit late getting into programming at the upcoming Worldcon, so I'm only on one item. But it's a reading, which makes me happy. My reading is at 5:30 PM on Friday, August 8th. Come on by, I'll have treats!

Still sick. My throat felt so bad last night we finally came home from Norwescon a bit early. I won't be on panels at Norwescon. I'm devoting most of my time to sitting the table for Foolscap, the convention I help put on. I'll only be there toward the end of Friday, but should be there all day on Saturday and Sunday, except for meals. Come by and say 'hi!'.
