A brief update on what has been happening since the last post:
- I've completed my internship with my investment bank and landed the full-time offer. However, the internal war between passion for money and passion for the profession still wages on without a clear victor. Perhaps this semester will be one of careful reflection, oh fuck, who am I kidding, I'm going balls to the wall with recruiting to keep my options open.
- RA training started and ended. It was intense as fuck, but left me a better person. At least- I hope it did.
- My job at GUCCI started. I already finished most of my job for the Spring campaign. Initial previews show that they have been received well from fashion editors.
- My residents already moved in and Welcome Week is nearly over. I think I have the best bunch of residents, especially when I go on duty and see some of the other shit thats out there. The job itself is exhausting beyond belief. I lost my voice, I get MINIMAL sleep, and sometimes I'm so tired that I think I'm dying. But the residents make it worthwhile. How corny.
