Update
1. I had declined the job offer. The partner of this other firm said he wouldn't accept that and so I'm scheduled a discussion with him later this week. A large part is the other training commitments during the summer at my current firm. The earliest I can reasonably consider a new job is the fall. He has a very successful accounting practice and use to be managing partner of BDO.
2. Four wisdom teeth were pulled and I'm reduced to eating soft foods for the next few days. My insurance didn't cover all of it, so my tax refund pretty much covers my dental work. For all the advantages of private insurance, there is a lot I prefer about having a publicly funded dental regime.
3. My sister and Mark were at the apartment for most of the day making sure I was eating, drinking water and sleeping post surgery. Right now, there is a lot of soreness and bruising - especially on the side that had the impacted wisdom tooth. I'll heal, but it will take a while.
4. We have returned from our camping trip at Algonquin Provincial Park over the long weekend. It was amazing. We also went horseback riding at a farm in Collingwood. It was so much fun and the horses were so well trained!
