Yubel wanted to come here, so Belldandy allowed it. She waited for the other to arrive, taking the precaution of putting Mercury's bird in another room, not wishing to expose the ice bird to fire. She knew there was a great chance Yubel would be angered. By all rights, Belldandy had deceived her. It was not something she wanted to do, but Yubel needed help.
And she needed her to be willing to listen. She wanted to help Yubel get her true desire. Her desire to be happy with Judai. She couldn't promise to help her desire in destroying everything else. She just hoped Yubel would forgive her.
