Judai had more or less avoided any and all direct contacts with his alter ever since he had woken up amidst an indescribable wreckage, with his powers completely sealed, many things in his past seemingly erased from existence... or from his own memories -- yet with no recollections of what he wished to know, it was next to impossible to tell which was which, aside from rather improbable guessing. And even though the boy had never drawn a direct connection between that awakening, its consequences and his double, the simple fact of the matter was that an odd, almost instinctual apprehension had ruled him since that day, whenever anything happened to concern the other Yuki Judai in the compound. It was a subtle, almost insubstantial thing, an undercurrent buried beneath much more pressing concerns, yet he had been aware of it, since it had nearly resembled some soft of ingrained defensive instinct, of the kind that he had innately developed in regards to the Light of Destruction.
Yet now there was to be no move avoidance -- and Judai knew precisely why, something which served to only intensity the dark emotions burning within him. Anger suddenly flared from obscured depths, being kept in a tight, rigid check, as features settled themselves into a cold, entirely impersonal mask.
"And what makes you believe that I would be interested in answering them?" he countered, on a low, quiet tone -- possibly more menacing in its soft intensity than an all-out shout. Judai was more than aware of his position and the fact that he was at a serious disadvantage in front of an alter that still had full use of his powers, reason why the last thing he wished was to appear fearful or unsettled at the thought of what the other might or might not do, in order to pay him back, now that he had seemingly found a good opportunity.

But of course, this one rarely elected to do things the easy way if it meant a blow to his pride, no matter how small or insignificant. What else could Juudai say, though? Vague threats were the best ammunition he had, aside from the truth -- and he wasn't sure getting into the discussion of anything other than why he went after Johan like that was such a smart risk to take.
"Why the hell would you do that?" he finally asked in a forceful way. "What happened to hating everything about him and wanting to kill him for just existing? Or are you just so sick that you'd want to rape him before killing him or something?"

"If you wish to have your revenge, then by all means, do so" Judai challenged him, on that same low tone, staring the other straight in the eyes. It was something of a bluff-tactic, true -- yet also the belief that the other should stop using vague threats and just do what he had come to do. Dragging things out was pointless, as far as Judai was concerned.
And yet something in his double's accusations stood as untrue -- enough as to catch his attention, despite the black anger which simmered underneath he surface of his skin, jumbling his thoughts and making the boy think only of a way in which he could walk out of the present situation with his head held high, refusing to offer his alter any kind of satisfaction. There was no manner in which he could hope to deny that he had hurt Johan Andersen or that he felt a mixture of very unpleasant emotions towards the boy -- Judai wouldn't have hidden such things in the first place, given that they were common-knowledge already and that he simply didn't care about what perceptions others held of him, when hearing of such things.
However... wishing to murder the infuriating boy? That crossed a line, even when he was concerned. While he wouldn't hesitate to express his contempt towards Johan and his foolish choices, Judai very much doubted that he would kill the other boy -- even in light of the recent events, which had been more or less his own fault, regardless of the innate difficulty in actually admitting that. He couldn't precisely say why it was so -- only that Andersen's death would serve no purpose and that the thought of it somewhat unsettled him (something that he would refuse to even acknowledge, for obvious reasons).
"What are you talking about?" Judai snapped, eyes widening imperceptibly at the other's words, before narrowing once more, as he struggled to take in their meaning. "I have no intention of killing that little pleasure-toy of yours. The same goes for the other assumption."
He had clearly avoided using the word 'rape', grimacing darkly at those words and continuing to scowl at the other boy.
