When: Sometime after Pharaun promised to try and summon Jesse's Pokemon
Summary: Pharaun intends to try his hand at some conjuration to see if he can bring Jesse her Pokemon.
Warnings: Pharaun's pretty much a warning all by himself most days. Also Jesse's reaction when the spell fails.
Pharaun was putting the finishing touches on his summoning circle. Strictly speaking it wasn't a summoning spell, but just based on a snap judgement of Jesse's personality from the few times he'd spoken to her she wouldn't appreciate a long discussion about the subtle differences between the subschools of conjuration.
She also probably wouldn't appreciate it if he failed. But, despite his usual confidence, Pharaun wasn't at all certain that this would work - or that the Keepers wouldn't take offense to it and strike him or the creatures down.
He ran over the words of the spell in his mind again once more. He had decided against any of his little expedients for making the spell faster or less obtrusive - Jesse was obviously unfamiliar with magic, and he wanted to give her a good show.
