Oct 28, 2008 13:37

Characters: OU Arbiter, Open
Where: The Cemetary
When: A few hours after this pitiful excuse for a nice conversation.
Summary: A rather angry Arbiter decides to will himself to hate humans again.
Warnings: Inapproprate language. Some BAWWW turning into a massive amount of anger. Depending on who shows up, there may be a really cool fight scene in the works.

Somehow, someway the Arbiter mangaged to trick himself into believe that now that the war was over things would be different. He scoffed at his idiocy as he leaned against an over grown tree. Why he would even consider that Demon anything more than a nusence was suddenly beyond him. In the time it took him to wander to the cemetary he was currently invading, the Sangheili had run through the conversation in his head so that when he felt like asking himself 'How exactly did it take that fatal turn?' he would actually be able to answer himself: It was all because he decided to be nice and care for once. He certainly would never make that mistake again.

The Arbiter whirled around and punched the tree he was previously leaning on. The branches shook and the few leaves that had dared to grow began plummetting to the ground. Humans never care about anything beyond their own problems... As if I do not have a problem with them! In a day's time I went from their greatest ally to their sworn enemy because they think I killed their great hero. Ungrateful idiot... He suddenly had the urge to kill the tree he had been using as a punching bag. It was large, it was strong, and it was green. The illusion was good enough as far as he was concerned.

The Sangheili growled as he punched the bark again. He barely noticed that his fingers had started to bleed from the impact. He yelled as he punched it again. Why had he not killed the Spartan when he had the chance? He had plenty of chances. No one would have noticed and he doubted anyone would have cared too much especially if he was truly as cold as every says he is. Why had he not done it? Did he think they were friends? He scoffed again as he let another punch fly. My people do not need to be friends with such lowly and selfish creatures. "Fool." A punch. "Disgusting human." Another punch. "Fucking Spartan!" The Arbiter punched hard and let the force run him into the tree. He didn't care that he was now completely leaning against that damned tree for support. He didn't care that his knuckles were almost entirely purple with his blood. He did, however, silently hope that no one had heard his cries and saw him in such a dishonorable condition.
