Tim got up early the morning after Dick's fight with the Joker. Dick had looked pretty terrible, but by the time Tim had managed to get back to help him, he'd been gone--presumably to his own apartment, which was where Tim was heading right now. He might not have been much help last night, but he could help this morning. There was a reason he'd spent time with the Rahul Lama, learning those ancient healing arts, after all.
