Now that he was a new member of Econtra City (or 'Econtra City Asylum' as he liked to think of it) the Joker sought to thoroughly familiarize himself with the city's terrain. This meant no building or alley would go unexplored by the time he was finished. No back doors, no trap doors, and no firescapes could hope to escape his notice either. But his interests were in no way limited to the city's architecture and layout -- he was carefully observing the residents as well.
And to the misfortune of some, he was not a total stranger.
