The Queen Has Been Deemed Worthy

Summary: Mercury has deemed Sylvanas worthy of a one-on-one conversation.
Warnings: None yet.
Sylvanas had been in the park when Mercury asked to see her, so it was not far to the pond, even relative to the compound. As she walked, nearly noiseless as was her habit, she thought. Someone -- was it that intellectual fool, Finitevus? -- had called Mercury a senshi of water and knowledge. So the pool was a place of power for her; Sylvanas would then be at a disadvantage. The senshi obviously liked power-games. However, The Dark Lady of the Forsaken knew how to play those games, even with the odds against her.
The Dark Ranger was somewhat surprised to find she was the first at the lake. No one else was around. Suspicious, she opened up her senses to the area. None hiding either. Well. Feeling ambivalent, Sylvanas waited a few paces from the water's edge, scanning her surroundings restlessly.
