[Thread] Reading the 'Sacred' fire

Summary: After some new information, Mars needs to meditate to calm her anger.

Rei had hauled out the firewood that had been delivered to Nyi-Eksi out to an open space in the park. Sure, it had taken her two trips, but it would be just as big as the sacred fire back home was. She needed to meditate on the events of the day.
She set the firewood up in a medium-sized circle, propping up the wood in the center. She closed her eyes, then launched a small "Fire Soul" at the wood. It lit up gloriously, the fire starting to meld to the fire, creating one being. The heat warmed her spirit, and the fire senshi smiled for what seemed like the first time in years.
After a moment, after the fire had started to consume the wood, she knelt down infront of the fire. Her gloved hands went through the motions, her lips sending a silent prayer to the gods.
"Sacred Fire, fire of wisdom and clarity, show me what I seek."
Mars needed to know about her counterpart... about Rei. She had a plan forming in her mind, one that would put her in serious risk. If things went wrong, then she'd have to sacrifice everything to get things back in order. Mars' eyes fixated on the fire, the red, orange, and golden hues sending her into a trace-like state. Images flashed through her mind - visions of flames, destruction, and of death. This is what things would be like if she failed.. much like she had failed in her mission back in her world.
More images flashed... a broken girl, shattered glass pieces around her. This is how it needed to be. Mars' eyes blinked, the visions ending. She sat back on her heels. She knew what needed to be done.
