Summery: Dani is back in Econtra, after getting stabbed in the chest.

Ilyana had seen the entry on her communicator. She had somehow managed to get out of her room and was slowly making her way towards the bank. Or rather, the dojo as it seemed to now be called. She remembered someone changing it into that. She saw a person lying on the ground and moved over to them. "I'll get you at least somewhat patched up in just a minute," she said with a small smile.

Dani's head flopped to the side, looking at the new woman. "You...I...I don't...know...angel? Demon?" Dani asked, her voice hoarse, blood dripping a bit from her mouth. She could barely see the girl, but she wasn't a ghost, but she had a blueness about her. So it couldn't be someone she knew, right?

Ilyana shook her head. "Just a human. Here, just give me a minute." Ilyana sat down next to the girl and started the incantation for the mend spell. The amount of magic that was sucked out of her for the healing left her dizzy. And though she was sure that the girl wasn't fully healed, she probably was mostly healed and not bleeding anymore.

The flight rings, all three of them were safe, he imagined, right where he left them on a fire escape of a lone apartment building. Even if they were stolen, he would get them back. He'd have to. He charged upwards into the sky and searched the area, scanning the sky line for whatever resembled a bank. He'd have to remember, it was 20th century architecture.. Think, Garth, Think.. He hit himself in the forehead gently with his fist.

Didn't old bank structures have.. Right.. Clock towers. He headed on wards, his hair blowing in the slight wind as he cast his eyes to the street level, flying over the stretch of buildings till he reached the street level. What was her name? Dinny? No.. "Dani?" He called out as he floated down from over head. It wasn't a moment later that he spotted her slumped against the wall with a girl with blue hair. Good. Someone already got to her.

"Hey." He said to the girl, then gazed down to Dani and let his feet land on the ground. "Need help?"

Whatever he felt when Dani disappeared a while ago was nothing compared to the worry pounding in his chest right now. He had no idea what she was saying, she must've been delusional...but what on Earth (or the Ghost Zone) could've shaken her up to the point that she was on the verge of dying?The Dani he knew was always ready with a quip, was cheerful and pretty optimistic. This...wasn't her. Something had gone terribly wrong, wherever she was before this, and now Dani was probably bleeding to death...or whatever happened to halfas when they were going to die

Magic. Dani knew what magic felt like. She'd experienced it enough to recognize it, but this magic was different from the usual ghost magic. It was...different. Like the magic she had felt at times in Econtra. Her body was still in pain, but...breathing. Breathing had become a great deal easier and the blackness stopped engulfing her vision. She took a deep, shuddering breathe. Her vision was still blurry and she was still weak, but feeling that she was going to DIE...was gone.

"I...can breathe." She whispered. Her voice was still ragged. Her throat didn't hurt as much now, but she was pretty sure her vocal cords were still raw.

Ilyana was still dizzy. Suddenly people were showing up as well. And Erk was going to be mad at her for exhausting herself when she was still getting better. But she couldn't have not helped. "Yes, you're not all better, but it's a start. I'd do more but... I'm out of magic and won't have more until I eat something or sleep some. Sorry," she said with a tired smile.

Morty arrived as soon as he figured out where Dani was. "Dani! Oh god..."

She looked like she had when everyone's age had been changed, but at the moment this was secondary to the fact that she was hurt. She didn't look as badly hurt as she'd sounded over the communicator, but Morty assumed that this was connected to the girl who was talking about running out of magic.

Garth felt increasingly out of place, here, where everyone knew the girl but him. He might as well just step back and go about his business, but then, she still needed medical attention. He cleared his throat.

"Hate to say it, but you might want to leave your reunions for when she's recovered.." He said with an assertive and sny voice as he moved to kneel the voice. He looked to the newcomer. "This place have a medical bay? Hospital?"

He gave the orange-haired man a bit of a glare at his interruption, but said nothing, immediately turning his attention back to Dani. He knew he was right...Dani still needed help. Even if that other person had healed her, she was still having problems. A crowd was gathering by now, mostly people he recognized (except for that orange-haired guy).

"Breathing is good," he sighed, allowing himself to relax just the tiniest bit. He took a look around the others who gathered to help the girl. "Yeah, there's an infirmary here." He turned to look at Dani again. "I can carry you there if you need me to," he said.

"I...didn't expect to live..." Dani said weakly, her voice still hoarse. "Even without the Fright Knight stabbing me." She said, moving a hand weakly to the side of her head.

She looked up blearily at Morty and smiled weakly. "Mort comes when I'm not dying. Ironic?" She asked weakly, closing her eyes, letting her hand fall back down to the ground.

"I used the Ghostly Wail...against Pariah. I can barely stay conscious." She said blearily. "...thanks." She said. For the worry and the healing. She'd have to make a proper thank you later, when she didn't feel so drained.

Ilyana gave a bit of a smile again. "It was nothing." Her head was mostly clear now, so she tried to stand up. She made it to her feet but her legs were a bit shaky. She'd have to be careful not to trip on her way back to her room.

Morty smiled weakly. "I suppose this is where I'm supposed to say something about even your jokes being half-dead, but I'm not really in the mood for false bravado right now."

He looked over at Danny. "I can help you carry her if you need it." He wasn't sure Danny did need help, especially if he was as much stronger than he looked as Dani was, but he had to offer.

Garth grit his teeth together, watching the kiddies play. "I don't have to say it do I? Might want to get a move on." He stood up, obviously not needed or wanted in this situation. She was their friend, not his, not his responsibility. He felt like he was being shoved away, so to speak.

The Fright Knight? Pariah? Dani was delusional--the Fright Knight he could understand, but Pariah was a legend, a myth. And even if he existed, he'd been long since locked up in his tomb. But he could wonder about her words later. As annoying at that orange-haired guy was, he was still right--no matter how much time the healer had bought them with Dani, she still needed medical attention.

He scooped the frail halfa into his arms. "I'm fine." He began walking in the direction of the infirmary, calling out behind him as he went: "You're free to come along, though."

"I won't...die now. I don't feel it coming. All is bruises now except...maybe vocal cords." Dani said in a hoarse, quiet voice, not resisting when Danny picked her up.

She opened her eyes part way, looking at the orange haired man. "...I don't remember you...or the blue lady. Danny and Morty..." She paused, looking at Danny blearily. "My Danny...or ninja?" She asked weakly.
