Holiday wrap up
Went out to dim sum with my Aunt Cynthia today. Yummy food as always, and it was great to see her. I hope we cheered her up a little too; she's recently lost one of her kitties and her long time roommate moved back to Japan, so she's been down. We really should make more of a point of seeing her on a regular basis. Sister and I finished taking down the holiday decorations today. Well, we finished the ones in the house. The little remaining bits of snow and ice are still on the roof, so BIL refuses to go up there and take down the outside lights. I certainly don't blame him given that I refuse to go up there at all. BIL's parents (finally) go home tomorrow. I look forward to having my (okay, our) space back as well as our routine back. I'm sure Sister and BIL are less excited about the routine since that means they have to go back to work. For me, it means I get to watch TV I actually want to watch without having to hide in my room and use my laptop. And I get to use my own $%!@* PS3. Sister still has tomorrow off, so we're going to run Little Girl down to daycare and enjoy one last day of getting to hang out.
