getting closer
so Dad arrived last night. that means there's less than a week until i actually move. we mostly ran errands and dinked around today, but i did get a lot of my clothing packed last night. must try and do a little more tonight before i go to bed. i have to go by campus tomorrow to drop off the letter "requesting" the ability to revise and resubmit my thesis. need to clean out my office too. other than that, though, i'm thinking that tomorrow would be a good day to try and do a bunch of packing. have an appointment on Friday to sell my car. hopefully. i never trust these things to work out as smoothly as i wish.
i mostly just wanted to tell everybody that i probably won't be online all that much for the next few weeks. i'll try and give a last notice before i leave Montreal next week and a notice when i get to Seattle, but other than that no guarantees. anyway, i should get to that packing so i can get to bed relatively early tonight. have someone showing up early (7:30 is still early right?) to pick up the two media racks he bought. so toodles!
