I am amazed. I am stunned. I am grateful. I am teary-eyed, chill-bumped, and more proud of my country than I have ever been in my entire life.
My country believes in change for the better, and civil rights, and community, and progress.
My country has erased racial bias, crossed partisan lines, and put hope all above all other things.
My country has just chosen a black man for president for the first time in its entire history.
I am SO PROUD to be an AMERICAN, and so grateful to have been lucky enough to be a part of history.
