Rin waited for a long while for the vampire to come out. He was leaning against the wall one hand behind his back frowning. He was just asking for trouble trying this out. He was sure of it but it was worth a shot anyway.
"Get my smokes, Blondie?" Akutsu said behind him, hands tucked into his pockets. It was damn annoying how much his thoughts kept going back to the taste of Rin's blood. He was sure if he had a cigarette or twelve he could kick the crawling itch to want more of it.
Rin frowned at him. "Jerk." He snapped. "You do realize...if i bought you smokes...i'd be crazy." Rin muttered. He was crazy though. He had actually gone out and bought some damn smokes for the jerk. Rin sighed softly turning to look at him a carton of smokes in his hand. "If i give you this crap you better not smoke around me i swear if you do...i'll kick your ass." He told him. "You're not getting these until you swear."
Akutsu simply darted around him, snapping out a lightening-fast hand that grabbed the carton from Rin. "Whatever," he grunted already ripping into the carton to get a pack out.
Rin cried out and reached out grabbing for the pack. "You ass give them back you didn't swear and you're still around me ass..."
Akutsu held them over his head, well out of Rin's reach. It only took the barest of movements to keep the blonde from grabbing them. "Ya owed me, Blondie."
"I didn't owe you anything. You're trying to kill me aren't you? The smell alone and not to mention it's bad for my health...damn it give them back." he moved closer to him trying to reach up and grab them.
"Can ya stop hopping around like a crazed rabbit long enough to me to get a smoke? Damn." Akutsu tried moving around him, craving the nicotine even more since he'd smoked the last of his own the previous night.
He shook his head. "There's no way in hell i'm going to let you smoke around me." He jumped up a little higher. "Damn it come on now...i swear to god...i'll bite my lip and make it bleed if you try smoking around me again." He hissed out.
"What are you, stupid?" Akutsu glared. After what had happened last time, he'd kick the blonde's ass himself if he did that on purpose.
"Not stupid i just don't want you smoking around me." He snapped. "If i have to...i'll make sure i bleed." He placed a hand on his hip not jumping to get the smokes. "You better swear to me right now that you won't smoke around me anymore." Rin told him moving to bite down on his lip already watching Akutsu. He was prepared to do it.
"Get your goddamn teeth off your lip," the vampire snarled, not hesitating to rip into the pack to get a cigarette. "Or I'll put a fucking foot up your ass, idiot."
Rin glared at him. "Bite me ass." He bit down harder on his lip making it bleed. He continued to bite at it just glaring at him.
Lighting up fast with the hope that the smoke would mask Rin's scent, Akutsu grabbed him by the back of the shirt and hauled him along. "Back to the dorms, dumbass," he growled.
Rin struggled against him punching at his arm. "I'm not going back to the dorm." He worried at his lip more trying to make it bleed that much more. "Asshole..."
"Get your fucking teeth off your lip," Akutsu growled, swinging Rin around to face him. "Right fucking now." He bared his fangs, showing Rin exactly what was in store for him. "You want me to leave you for the lot of 'em? That what you want?"
Rin glared at him. "I'm not scared. You asshole i warned you smoke in front of me and i'll make sure i bleed!"
"And I'll make sure your ass is back in your room," The vampire hissed. But he had a definite problem now. He could practically taste Rin's blood already, watching it smear across the blonde's lower lip. He remembered exactly how it tasted, and he couldn't even move for staring at it. He didn't want it...but he did.
Rin glared at him before darting his tongue out to lick over his own blood and turned his back to him. "Asshole. If you would just not smoke around me wouldn't it be a lot easier? Really how much problem could it be if you didn't smoke for a couple of minutes or hours or however long we're together for?"
Maybe it would have been different if he'd never tasted Rin's blood before. Or if he'd taken more blood tablets. Or if he'd smoked half the carton before Rin started this. Akutsu clenched his fists so tightly at the smell that his fingernails began to cut into his palm. With a lot of effort, he didn't make move, only growled out a tight, "Dorms. Now."
Rin shook his head glaring. "Hell no. hand over the smokes if you're not going to promise. He turned back holding out his hand. "You can't have them."
Gritting his teeth now--which bared his fangs even more--Akutsu took a step towards him and stopped himself. "M' serious...get outta here..."
"So am i damn it." Rin muttered. He stepped closer to him. "You treat me like a kid. call me stupid names...and won't respect me at all. Give me the smokes back right now and i swear i'll go back to the dorms."
The urge to grab and devour was too strong. Slamming down control of his own will, Akutsu took a step back. "Hirakoba," he rasped, struggling to fight the thirst, "Run. Before I grab you..."
Run? He frowned a little at the vampire. Really was it so appeasing to him? He could feel a drop on his chin and reached up wiping at the blood. He'd really bitten into his lip hard. He gave a small nod of his head. Akutsu was just being strange but he'd run. After he got the smokes. He moved forward since Akutsu wasn't holding the smokes so high now he snatched them and back up sticking his tongue out and started to dart off.
His mistake was in getting too close. Akutsu's arm shot out, snatching Rin's long hair and trapping him in his stronger arms, teeth immediately pressed against his neck.
Rin gasped at the feeling of those strong arms around him. His gold eyes closed for a moment. "Let go Akutsu." He muttered. "I'm not going to give you the smokes back. The feeling of those teeth against his neck made him tense only a little. H e wasn't so sure at this point in time if Akutsu would really bite him. He'd kissed him once for blood but his neck wasn't bleeding his lip was. "You better stop..." he muttered turning his head to the side.
He had to get a grip on himself. Had to. He refused to submit to these disgusting urges. He hated being a vampire, he hated it! "Fuck...you little shit," he managed to his, yanking his face away from Rin's neck. Digging his nails cruelly into Rin's upper arms, he struggled to be strong purposefully breathing out of his mouth, panting to avoid smelling the blood. One leg sweep later, Rin was sprawled out on his ass, and in the next heartbeat, the carton was snatched out of his hand and Akutsu was gone. The blonde was all alone with no sight of the vampire.
Rin looked up at the night sky a frown on his lips. That bastard. His heart was pounding though and he placed a hand to his chest breathing in. He'd been nervous as hell thinking for sure the vampire was going to bite into him. He took another moment before heading back to his room. He could get some rest at least. and for awhile he'd just stay far away from the asshole.
Rin cleaned of his lip once he was in a room wincing a little. It had been a dumb idea but he had thought for sure the damn vampire would hand the smokes back over at the smell of blood. He tugged his shirt off getting ready to lay down when his eyes caught sight of the wounds on his upper arms. Nail marks. "You asshole!" He yelled to the mirror wishing he could kick the vampire's ass.
