BELLINGHAM, Wash. - Dave Morales doesn't have a mere 99 bottles of beer on the wall. His Bottle Shoppe stocks about 200 different beers.
Morales says he wants to spread what he calls "the gospel of beer." Forget the wine snobs,
Morales says beer is more complex and has more variety than wine. Now, Morales is putting his money where is mouth is.
He borrowed against his home to open his Bellingham, Wash., store in October. Morales tells the Bellingham Herald he's not making money yet, but at least his heady venture is breaking even.
