This is Daddy (aka Jenkins, Daddy Jenkins, Papa Bear)! Daddy was one of our fosters, father of The Bear Family. He now lives with my friend Gio in NYC. My brother was visiting him and took this video of Daddy going after a cat toy tied to a ceiling fan. The last time I saw him was on his adoption day 1/31/09!

I've been having a lot of crummy days lately. It's become the norm during the week. I wanted to stop thinking about working and other sucky things every minute of the day, so I made a trip to cuteoverload.com which I hadn't done in a while. I saw this and melted. it is right about that time. Every year there is that point when the weather really starts getting colder, the days are considerably shorter, and when the sun actually is out, it doesn't shine as brightly. 2/3 or a little bit less of the semester is over and I find myself kinda stagnant.
