I have done the 20% of the work that gets me 80% of what I want in terms of organizing my tea drawers. I think it's going to stop there for a bit. I have the tea sorted into puer tea for aging, puer tea that is ready to drink now, tea for making kombucha with and all other types of tea. It's that last category that could use work.
